Events  |  Volkswagen Konzern Forum 2026

DRIVEN BY VISION. CONNECTED BY TRUST.

What is shaping fleets today and tomorrow: at the Konzern Forum 2026 in Munich, fleet experts explored the corporate mobility of the future and gained exclusive insights into fleet-relevant vehicles, comprehensive service offerings and digital solutions from the Volkswagen Group. The Driving Experience, an exclusive prototype exhibition and personal conversations created an environment that fostered inspiration, exchange and trust in equal measure.

Impressions of the Volkswagen Konzern Forum 2026

Everything about fleet mobility – in one place

From the moment they arrived at the Audi Brand Experience Center in Munich, guests could sense that this was about more than individual vehicles or services. The Konzern Forum brought together the diversity of the Volkswagen Group in one place – with solutions, perspectives and encounters that demonstrate the direction in which modern corporate mobility is evolving. Following a welcome from Knut Krösche, who has been Vice President Volkswagen Group Fleet International since May 2026, guests immersed themselves in the world of fleet mobility.

“The Konzern Forum embodies what defines our collaboration in the fleet business: clear visions, strong partnerships and the trust to shape the mobility of tomorrow together,” said Knut Krösche, host of the event.

Vice President Volkswagen Group Fleet International

Guests had the opportunity to experience the latest models from Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Audi, Škoda, SEAT and CUPRA, Porsche and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles up close and put them through their paces, including an assessment of their suitability for fleet use. More than 100 vehicles were available for extensive test drives, both on public roads and on the test track. This enabled participants to experience technologies, handling and comfort first-hand under a range of conditions – including the adrenaline rush of the winding test track.

Alongside hands-on vehicle experiences, the Fleet Loft provided space for fresh perspectives and plenty of valuable conversations: Experts from across the Group presented digital tools, innovative services and smart solutions for day-to-day fleet operations. One of the highlights was the launch of myFleetHub in Germany – the new digital platform providing a gateway to the Volkswagen Group’s fleet world.

The Fleet Loft also gave visitors the opportunity to learn about the comprehensive range of services offered by Volkswagen Financial Services. Fleet customers receive single-source support from Volkswagen Financial Services throughout the entire customer journey – from procurement and electrification through ordering and fleet operations to de-fleeting – with tailored solutions for every stage.

In the Future Garage, guests were granted an exclusive glimpse behind doors that are otherwise closed. Behind the closely guarded entrance, prototypes and as-yet-unreleased fleet models from the Volkswagen Group awaited them, offering a preview of what the mobility of tomorrow will look like. The distinctive atmosphere and rare insight into future developments made the visit one of the event’s most memorable moments for many guests – one that will resonate for a long time to come.

The eventful day drew to a fitting close with a Bavarian evening at the Bräustüberl Weihenstephan. In a relaxed atmosphere, guests shared their impressions of the day, made new connections and took new ideas further.
