Your ONE Business ID in 7 steps

The ONE Business ID is a free user account for your organisation. With the ONE Business ID, you gain access to the Volkswagen Group’s digital business customer world and can use the services and functions of myFleetHub.

Click “Register new organisation” to create a ONE Business ID. Please note that the first person to create the account for your organisation automatically receives admin rights.

Select the country and language and enter information about your organisation (business customer details). You can then enter your e-mail address and choose a password. Agree to the Terms of Use and the ONE Business ID order processing agreement and acknowledge the privacy policy.

We will send you an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your registration. If you do not find an e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Click the link in the e-mail to complete your registration.

Log in with your e-mail address and password. Confirm that you would like to complete the account setup.

To protect your account, your ONE Business ID will now be linked to a mobile device. This is an additional security measure designed to ensure that only you can access your account.

You will need an authentication app on your smartphone, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. These apps are available free of charge from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Using the app, you can scan the displayed code and link your smartphone to your ONE Business ID. The app will show you a one-time code. The 6-digit code is valid for only a few seconds. A new confirmation code will then be generated automatically. Enter the 6 digits shown into the input field.

In the next step, enter your company’s register no. or upload evidence confirming the existence of your company – for example, your business registration certificate or confirmation from your tax adviser or tax office.

We will now review the organisation details you have submitted. Once the review is complete, you will receive an e-mail and will be able to use the functions of ONE Business ID.
