Many decision-makers demand integrated, sophisticated financing models, detailed ESG documentation, comprehensive CO\u2082 reports, or have questions about connectivity solutions and charging infrastructure strategies. \u201cMeanwhile, others need our support in order to provide information that is as accurate as possible. For this reason, we provide very intensive advice in advance and recommend, for example, that certain criteria be included in the tender,\u201d the expert in tenders adds. Is the charging capacity offered by an electric vehicle suitable for the target market? Is the price within the strategic corridor? This is where years of experience comes into play. \u201cWe read between the lines of the customer\u2019s tender to understand what they mean. And we know who to ask within the Group for reliable answers to specific questions,\u201d says Joanna Semmler. If it\u2019s a technical matter, they call in the experts from the individual vehicle brands. However, if a customer contacts us directly, we will of course assist them as well. For example, I recently received a call from a customer in Spain who was looking for specific vehicles for his German locations and knew that I also serve the German market. Through my main support partner in Germany, I was able to organise the vehicles for him in no time at all!\u201d[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Experience is the decisive factor \u2013 and (still) replaces any AI<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"question-answer-modul abstractContentComponent parbase section\">\n<div class=\"iv-modul__question\">\n<div class=\"iv-modul__question\">\n<div class=\"question-answer-modul abstractContentComponent parbase section\">\n<div class=\"iv-modul__question\">\n<div class=\"iv-modul__question\">\n<div class=\"iv-modul__head\">\n<div class=\"iv-modul__head-text-right span_4_of_12 h-float-right\">\n<p>Of course, the tender team at Volkswagen Group Fleet International is also looking closely at the potential of AI and automation. But in real day-to-day business, these technologies still have a long way to go: \u201cAt the minute, an AI gives us the right answers maybe 40% of the time.\u201d The team experts say it has a lot to learn before it can maybe reach their level of precision at some point. After all, every tender is also relationship building \u2013 with customers, key account management and importers.
