Some are already 100% electric, others are in the middle of the transformation, while others rely on mixed fleets of electric cars, plug-in hybrids and combustion engines. \u201cOur goal is to make everyday dealings with company vehicles easier for all of these fleet customers, and to ensure seamless mobility\u201d, says Joschi Jennermann, CEO of Elli Mobility GmbH. To this end, LOGPAY Transport Services GmbH, and the charging card and fleet activities of Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH (Elli) will be merged into this newly established Group unit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Strategic fusion, tangible customer benefits<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]The new company combines LOGPAY\u2019s expertise in the area of charging and fuel card services with the advanced electric mobility solutions of Elli \u2013 such as home charging or charging at work. \u201cThis merger means that fleet operators will have a single contractual partner for a wide range of services in future; Elli Mobility will also enable us to implement new (digital) products and expand our services in Europe,\u201d adds Sebastian Steffen, CFO of the new Group unit. The green light for Elli Mobility GmbH was given on 1 March 2025.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
