What\u2019s even more exciting is that the next generation of the vehicle is about to go on sale: As usual, the new Superb is available as a saloon and estate \u2013 making it the only brand in the Volkswagen Group to offer both model versions in this class. And, as usual, the new vehicle will set new standards in design, comfort and economic efficiency.<\/span>

Fleet management has a lot of positive associations with the name \u201c\u0160koda\u201d. That\u2019s not surprising either, particularly when you consider how the models produced by the Czech car manufacturer impress in so many important ways. For starters, the vehicles are filled with Simply Clever details, features that \u0160koda offers to make the everyday lives of frequent drivers noticeably smarter. Then, of course, there is the excellent value for the money that the vehicles offer, a feature that enables fleet management to remain easy to calculate economically. One other aspect that should not be forgotten is the company\u2019s wide range of vehicles that offers the right mobility profile to meet many needs \u2013 from compact cars all the way to SUVs and saloons. This final category has been the very special home of one vehicle in particular at \u0160koda over the years: the \u0160koda Superb. It will do so thanks to new design and aerodynamic fine-tuning. These changes will lower fuel consumption and improve performance: Three state-of-the-art petrol engines, two diesel engines and a new plug-in hybrid drive system are configurable \u2013 the top TSI and TDI versions even offer all-wheel-drive as standard.1)<\/sup> To ensure a smooth ride, \u0160koda has combined all engines with an automatic direct-shift transmission (DST). Innovative assist systems<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]These wide-ranging features include new assist systems that can simplify everyday life behind the wheel: For the first time, the vehicle will be equipped with turn assist and cross road assist, emergency steering assist, exit warning and an emergency brake assist for pedestrians behind the vehicle. The Superb will also debut technologies that were once reserved solely for higher vehicle classes, including optional LED matrix headlights and LED taillights; these are significantly brighter, and offer more light intensity for better visibility, particularly during the dark season of the year.<\/p>\n

The optional dynamic adaptive chassis control (DCC Plus) is another of the new technical highlights: The new generation of adaptive chassis is equiped with two-valve technology for the first time ever and reacts even faster to changing road conditions and offers an even wider range of settings that extend from luxurious travel comfort to distinctive dynamic chassis characteristics. Both versions of the Superb feature exciting, sculptural design: One really eye-catching aspect of this design is the new octagonal radiator grille. Other exterior details are included in unique Dark Chrome and create a discreet form of glamour, including the trim strips on the front apron and the word mark on rear end. The interior of the Superb is also clearly designed.<\/p>\n

A stand-alone infotainment display has been installed here for the first time. \u0160koda Smart Dials combine haptic and digital elements \u2013 allowing more space in the center console. The middle console impresses with its neat functionality. The gear lever has also been moved to the steering column, creating more storage space than ever before. The stowage compartment under the armrest in the centre console can now hold up to 6.1 litres.<\/p>\n

The armrest simplifies the task of operating the central touchscreen, a feature that comes in screen diameters of 10 inches or 13 inches. The 10-inch multi-touch display, which includes DAB+ as well as gesture and voice control, is one standard feature of the vehicle\u2019s infotainment system. The Superb\u2019s optional 13-inch screen includes a navigation function and an online radio. \u0160koda also offers a head-up display as optional equipment for the touchscreen for the first time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
